The control system is one of the keys for biomass power plant to achieve efficient production. The whole system is required to have a highly available architecture. Solution biomass power plant adopts Ge advanced PAC8000 DCS system, combined with boiler steam cycle solution. The functions of the whole system include data acquisition (DAS), analog control (MCS), sequence control (SCS) and furnace safety monitoring (FSSS). Each unit adopts four pairs of redundant controllers, the system adopts high availability architecture, and the controller, network, power supply, etc. adopt redundancy technology.
