工業(yè)4.0是由德國工程院、弗勞恩霍夫協(xié)會、西門子公司等聯(lián)合發(fā)起的,被德國政府納入《高技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略2020》的國家十大未來項目之一,其核心是以智能制造為主導(dǎo)的第四次工業(yè)革命。該戰(zhàn)略旨在通過信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)與工業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的充分融合,打造智能工廠,實現(xiàn)價值鏈上企業(yè)間的橫向集成,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造系統(tǒng)的縱向集成,以及端對端的工程數(shù)字化集成,提高工業(yè)資源利用率,從而實現(xiàn)高度個性化與智能化的柔性生產(chǎn)。
所以,我們會發(fā)現(xiàn),工業(yè)4.0作為一種生產(chǎn)革命,更加關(guān)注如何通過生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的有機整合,實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程的智能化,從而提升生產(chǎn)效率。



Industrie 4.0 is one of the top ten future projects of the country jointly initiated by the German Academy of engineering, Fraunhofer Association, Siemens, etc. and included in the high technology Strategy 2020 by the German government. Its core is the fourth industrial revolution led by intelligent manufacturing. The strategy aims to build an intelligent factory through the full integration of information network and industrial production system, realize the horizontal integration between enterprises in the value chain, the vertical integration of networked manufacturing system, and the end-to-end engineering digital integration, improve the utilization of industrial resources, and thus achieve highly personalized and intelligent flexible production.
Therefore, we will find that industry 4.0, as a production revolution, pays more attention to how to realize the intelligentization of the production process through the organic integration of the production system, so as to improve the production efficiency.
